A detailed description will be provided with the final contract, but it can be said on a preliminary basis that the apartments will feature pale marble floor tiles, kitchen units including appliances, a completely fitted bathroom and radiant floor heating. Terraces will have banisters made of stainless steel, glass and teak, heat-reflective windows and air conditioning. Most apartments will also have the option of having a Jacuzzi tub on the terrace.
